A Perfect Storm for Affordable Housing

Lockdown restriction may be easing across the country, however, the impact of COVID-19 will be felt for some time to come. As forbearance measures are removed, we will begin to realise the financial impact left behind and brace ourselves for the “Debt Tsunami” that many are predicting.

Later this week IE Hub will play host as we discuss the challenges faced by affordable housing providers. We will be joined by expert speakers who will share their view of the current issues and how we might tackle them.

Angela established Fair for You to meet this need, and within 5 years Fair for You is now established as a leading alternative to rent to own sector. It has gone on to be a highly sustainable solution that has delivered >50m of social benefit in its establishing period, winning many awards including Angela being awarded Entrepreneur of the Year at the Women in Credit Awards.
